The Sport Athlete

Training you do not absorb is training you did not do.

You already train hard. The open question is whether your body is converting the work into adaptation, or spending it on recovery it never finishes. We measure that before the session, not after the season. And nothing we use is on the WADA Prohibited List.

The gap in your programme

Your programme is written in advance. Your body is not.

A block is planned weeks out, against an athlete who is assumed to be the same person every Tuesday. You are not. Sleep, travel, heat, illness, life and the last session all change what today's body can absorb. And the programme has no way of knowing.

That is where adaptation is lost and where most avoidable setbacks start: not in sessions that were too hard, but in hard sessions taken on a day the body could not pay for them. A one-minute reading before the session closes that gap.

The measurement

Readiness, performance, and the retest

01

Readiness

Daily or per session. One status: how much your body can absorb today, and what is holding it back. Green does not mean “go hard”. It means the load you planned is the load your body can convert.

02

Performance testing

MuscleLab. Jump mechanics and power profiling, dynamic and isometric strength, speed, acceleration and ground-contact timing. Where most programmes estimate, we measure. So a strength block is judged on its output, not on how it felt.

03

Cognitive modules

Reaction speed, working memory and decision speed under fatigue. In most sports the last ten minutes are decided there.

04

Altitude, verified

Intermittent hypoxic training with a readiness reading before and after the session, so the response is confirmed rather than assumed.

Clean by construction

Nothing here puts your licence at risk

Everything we do is measurement, training and recovery. No method we use appears on the WADA Prohibited List, and we do not supply, recommend or advise on any substance. We recheck the list every January, when it is updated. If you compete under an anti-doping code, that is not a reassurance we add at the end. It is a constraint the whole method was built inside.

How it runs

Around your season, not around ours

  1. Level I

suits an athlete in a stable block: testing monthly or bi-monthly, coaching between tests, load adjusted to what the last test showed.

  2. Level II

is the competitive default: around 24 weeks, a three-minute daily reading with the Olynixx Sensor, and the full team: health coach, mental coach, nutritionist, trainer. Opens in 2027 with the Olynixx Sensor. Join the waitlist.

  3. Level III

is the full year, everything integrated, for an athlete building toward something specific.

Whichever level, the sequence is the same: baseline, act on the weakest link, retest. We work with your existing coach where you have one. We bring the measurement, not a replacement for the person who writes your programme.
