How we engage
Every programme starts with a 12-week pilot.
The KPIs are agreed before day one: participation, readiness gained, risk bands moved. No open-ended commitment. At week 12 we evaluate together against those KPIs. If the numbers earn it, the pilot becomes an annual plan and the full system rolls out:

The full system runs in three tiers: the Tier 1 floor system with anonymised leadership dashboards, Tier 2 deeper testing, and Tier 3 intervention steered by the test results.

Individual results belong to the individual. Cohort reporting is de-identified by reference code. No names, no ages, no personal identifiers. We operate every instrument in a non-medical setting, and all reporting is lifestyle guidance, not a diagnosis.

We are completing registration under the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre occupational-health practitioner framework.

ISO 27001, 45001 and 45003 are a certification track in progress with an accredited body. Not yet certified.

Programmes start as a 12-week, KPI-gated pilot. An annual plan is a procurement decision after the readout, not a clause we bury in week one.
