For companies
Your workforce's readiness, measured on your own floor.
Healthcare starts when someone becomes a patient. We start earlier: a one-minute test at a kiosk in your building, a personal report in the employee's inbox within ten minutes, and an anonymised readiness picture for leadership. Twelve weeks, KPIs agreed before the first test, and a retest that shows whether it moved.
22 years in the field, since 2004

ISO 27001 / 45001 / 45003 certification in progress
This is the UAE's first complete prevention system on the corporate floor. Not a screening day, not an app: a system that runs continuously where your people work, and proves what it changes.
The gap
The silent slide
Between a healthy employee and a patient there is a long, quiet stretch: energy falling, stress load rising, recovery shortening. An annual medical is not built to see it, because there is nothing yet to see. It is not a condition, it is a trajectory. And a trajectory is something you can measure.
That is the window we work in. Not diagnosis, not treatment: capacity. What the body can absorb this week, and what has to change for it to absorb more.
The pilot
Twelve weeks. KPIs agreed before we start.
Every programme begins the same way, because it is the only honest way to sell prevention: we agree what success looks like in writing, we measure it, and at the end you decide whether it earned its place.
- 01
Weeks 1–3. Baseline
The kiosk goes into your building. Employees test in about a minute, walk away, and the report is in their inbox within ten minutes, in English and Arabic. Target: 70% of enrolled employees baselined by week three.
- 02
Weeks 2–11. Act
Workshops, floor coaching and individual sessions aimed at what holds each person back. Every participant can book a session with a trained health coach to turn their numbers into daily choices. Enrolment rate is a KPI, agreed before week one, because a programme nobody takes is not a programme.
- 03
Weeks 4, 8, 12. Retest
One test is a snapshot; two is a direction. Change is claimed only when it has been measured twice.
- 04
Week 12. The readout
Your Load and Risk dashboards, anonymised, with the KPI scorecard against what we agreed in week zero. And a straight recommendation on whether to scale, adjust or stop.
The floor system
Three tiers. One loop.
01
Tier 1. The floor system. The backbone of prevention, on your work floor.
The MS Fit kiosk stands where your people work. Each employee tests in about a minute and gets a personal readiness report: where they stand today and what to do next. From the same test, leadership's anonymised Load & Risk dashboard updates: where load is building, where risk is rising, where to act first. Tier 1 runs all year. Tiers 2 and 3 are added when the numbers call for them.

02
Tier 2. Deeper testing.
Cognitive testing (reaction speed, memory, decision speed) and MuscleLab performance testing, for the teams and roles that need deeper insight.
03
Tier 3. Intervention.
Personal coaching, guided recovery and Oxyterra altitude training, chosen by the test results to move the numbers.

What a first cycle produces
What your first 12 weeks deliver.
- For every employee: a personal readiness report within ten minutes of the test, with clear next actions.
- For leadership: anonymised Load & Risk dashboards. The workforce in readiness bands, no names.
- For both: a retest at week 12, measured against KPIs agreed before the first test.
Results from running programmes are shared in a pilot conversation, not on a public page.
Book a pilot conversationLive dashboards
One test. Two views. They never mix.
Every employee gets a personal dashboard: their own readiness, their own trend, their own next decision. Private, and theirs.
Leadership gets the other view: an anonymised workforce picture. Readiness bands, where load is concentrating, direction of travel. No individual is identifiable in it, by design and by architecture, and that is written into the agreement before the first test is taken.
That separation is not a feature we added for comfort. It is the reason people participate honestly, and honest participation is the only thing that makes the leadership view worth reading.
Return on Health
The numbers that move first
Absenteeism, incidents and claims are lagging indicators. By the time they move, the cost is already spent. Readiness moves first. We report Return on Health alongside conventional ROI: readiness gained, risk bands reduced, recovery capacity restored, participation sustained.
Acting in that window is the most direct lever a company has on the health costs it already carries. It pays the employer, the employee and the insurer at the same time.
ISO 27001 · 45001 · 45003. Certification in progress with an accredited body. Not yet certified. Scope: workforce readiness testing and reporting. Full standards layer
Events & keynotes
Start with an event, not a contract
Not ready for a pilot? Start where the risk is zero. We bring the MS Fit kiosk and the Rest Is the New Sport keynote to your company event: your people get tested and get their own report, and the room gets the argument behind it.
Test 25 people or more at the event and we build your company's Load and Risk dashboards free of charge. The anonymised readiness picture of your workforce, yours to keep, and the base document for whatever you decide to do next.
